ICX Managed Services was founded in 2010 with the objective to provide day-to-day monitoring and management of networks for small to mid-enterprise organizations. Since its founding, ICX provides services to clients in 16 states and is looking to expand into new markets.
"We make technology simpler and more transparent for the organizations that we serve," ICX President William Woody said. "We want our clients to be able to go to work and know their technology will function the way it should and when it doesn't we are there in the trenches with them."
ICX attributes the company's fast growth to the work of its employees, the company's evolution as the staff grew and the business success of its client base.
"Our clients have been successful, and we maintain steady relationships. They have done better, so by extension, we have done better," Woody said. "It's been a concerted effort for us to continue to grow. The market we have is good for outsourced IT."
ICX is dedicated to community relations and they support the Jacksonville Police Athletic League. Woody said community outreach and giving back is important to the company and ICX is fortunate to be blessed with the success they have enjoyed over nearly a decade in business.
